Director

Shelley Thomas’ enthusiasm and love for the art of education and dance has guided her to pursue her passion. Shelley has received her B.A. in Elementary Education at MSU. While attending the University Shelley danced professionally, taught at various reputable studios, and continued her dance training at LCC. Shelley began her teaching career in 1997 after extensive training in Flint, Michigan. There she danced competitively for six years and became certified in the Cecchetti method of Ballet. Her professional endeavors include numerous dance conventions in New York at STEPS, in Chicago, and Washington, D.C. to study tap, jazz, and ballet. Shelley’s energy as an instructor will truly inspire you to dance.
